Our Settlement/Mediation Videos usually run 12-18 minutes and summarize the liability, damages or both of your case. Similar in format to a news documentary television program, it comprises interview footage of your client, family, friends and expert witnesses, still photographs of your client, their activities of daily living, home movies, narration and computer graphics.

This type of presentation provides you with the power and persuasiveness of showing and telling the facts and damages of your case to the proper claims authority all in an informative, uninterrupted and attention-getting format. A 2-3 minute “trailer” is edited from the original program for you to send in advance of your mediation so that the proper authority attends. Segments of the program can also be re-edited to be shown later at trial as demonstrative evidence exhibits.
