Day in the Life Videos
Activities of your clients’ daily living…therapy, dressing, transfers and bathing are all digitally videotaped then graphically and powerfully edited for presentation to a an adjuster or jury. A complete 15-20 minute program can be introduced into evidence at trial or snippets of shorter time lengths can be shown to the jury and introduced into evidence through various witnesses at trial, i.e. caregiver, spouse, doctor, life-care expert.
Our “Super Day in the Life” incorporates all of the above and also includes commentary by your client’s spouse and/or caretaker explaining the details of care rendered along with powerful and compelling statements about how difficult and demanding their lives have become.
